Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. A few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me 24 hours notice. I have a cancelation list but I need 24 hours to be able to fill the time being vacated, as time has been set aside specifically for you.

Late Arrivals :

Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to prepare for your massage experience. This will give you a change to unwind and ensure that you start you appointment on time. If you are running late do not hesitate to give a call. Please understand that if you come late for your appointment I will not be able to give you the full time for your massage, that will take away time from the client whose appointment is booked after yours.

No - Show Policy :

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. And if your appointment is from a Gift Certificate, this will be considered payment for services rendered. 

** Due to increase in in no-show  and last minute cancellations from new clientele; new clients are required to pre - pay. ** Pre-payment of service are non-refundable.

** Any appointment that is missed without 24 hours notice will be charge the full amount. **

I strictly adhere to my cancelations policy out of respect to my other clients as well myself. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you.
